Our Lavender Salt lends a delightfully floral and bright, yet savory flavor to most anything. Lavender is so unique, it can be (as it is here) savory or sweet (as in our Lavender Sugar).
Our Lavender Salt goes well with chicken, fish or lamb. We really like it on vegetables, especially potatoes and squash. It also adds a decadence to chocolate and other sweets. You can also try it in a delicious compound butter.
